Yes, we use a 280gsm Poly Ripstop canvas which has a 3000mm waterhead rating. This is coupled with waterproof seam sealing & a generous overhead fly provide great weather tightness for New Zealand conditions.
Yes, all our tents come with a 2 year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Once we have received your order we will dispatch your item within 3 days. (Generally to your nearest Mainfreight depo / or residential address subject to availability). Alternatively you can also collect from Napier if you wish.
At this stage we only ship on the mainland within the North & South Islands of NZ.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, head over to our contact page and let us know ASAP so we can get it sorted.
Once shipped, we will provide you with a consignment note & tracking details which you can use to monitor the delivery.
